From the time you browse through our online shop up to the moment your canvas art arrives at your doorstep and you hang it up, your happiness and satisfaction are always our top priority.
We value you, and we commit to that goal as we endeavor to give you the best. Every piece of our wall art is printed on demand/made per order. If your canvas art arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted, please take a photo of it and contact us immediately, and we’ll be more than happy to replace it with the same artwork. We can also give you a full refund for the above conditions.
We love to assist our valued clientele in choosing artworks that best cater to their needs. With this in mind, we also ask our valued customers to take time in choosing the perfect canvas arts for your home or office as we are unable to refund or replace artworks due to a change of mind. We sincerely hope for your understanding.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Notification for EU consumers: According to EU consumer rights, the right to return a product for any reason within 14 days of purchase may not be provided for:
- goods made to order.
- sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
All products on Artfrill are made to order. Therefore, Artfrill reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
